The bulk of my work is REO properties and Retrospective Reviews. Analysis the market for these types of assignments requires the ability to provide supportable documentation of my conclusions.

Such analysis requires the use of tools such as graphs and trend analysis, and on occasion a multiple regression analysis which supply additional evidence for conclusions made.

The cost analysis coupled with a detailed sketch is also a vital approach for properties in my region of expertise and are recommended when ever a report is requested in a rural or suburban area.

My services also include complete technical desk reviews through out the USA for national companies. The reviewing of BPO’s and appraisals gives me insight into the pitfalls of associated with accurate value determination.
